The Varvoux Époux welcome you in their restaurant at the junction of the D 347 and D 18 A. The proximity of so many roads is not very majestic, but it at least has the merit of facilitating the restaurant's access. The interior of the hotel is rather glamorous, warm and comfortable. On the menu: mignon pork sauce sauce foie gras, of shrimp tails and ginger butter and a whole farandole of homemade desserts. Both original and tasty dishes, and the salmon is smoked by the chef's care. Another feature of this restaurant is the provenance of the vegetables. Indeed, the vegetables that Mr. Varvoux cuisine all come from his garden. This is certainly the best way to know the products used for their crops. But gastronomy is not just what you can eat, it's also what you can drink. There, it can be said that the wine list was not composed in moderation, and that is all the better!
