Chauvigny is one of a hundred or so towns in the prestigious "Les plus beaux détours de France" network, with its museums, five châteaux, velorail... Chauvigny has made the most of its heritage and offers visitors a wide range of activities. A second information point will open in the lower town at 12 rue Geisenheim in early July.

Visite guidée Chauvigny : un grand merci à l office de tourisme de Chauvigny et en particulier à la dame qui nous a fait une visite guidée passionnante. Immersion dans le moyen âge. Je recommande vivement.

Très belle cité médiévale, visite de groupe guidée avec une guide passionnée et fort intéressante . Une cité à découvrir absolument ne pas hésiter pour la visite panoramique.

Bon accueil .En revanche , pour arriver sur le Ville Haute , ça été un parcours du combattant , la signalétique (au départ grosse et lisible ) , devient illisible .Faire tout le tour de l'éperon pour trouver l'accès à la cité Médiévale , relève du parcours du combattant . Par ailleurs ,hormis la collégiale (en accès libre ), la découverte de la Cité en décembre est assez réduite au final .
