Ah the boudin of Mr Favreau! The people of Chatellerault know it well. Guy Favreau opened his shop at the same address in 1960. He was then 25 years old. Since then, he has been delighting the stomachs of the gourmets of Châtellerault and elsewhere. Black puddings and white puddings, their reputation is well established: they are succulent and made only with local products. Today, Gaëtan, his son, holds the secret of Guy's production and has taken the reins of the family business by opening a laboratory in the Sanital area, but, still passionate about his job, Guy Favreau still welcomes you in his shop. An address not to be missed by blood sausage lovers!
