Arrivé peu avant minuit et habitué aux hôtels, c’est la première fois que j’ai affaire à un réceptionniste très agressif et menaçant en plus devant les enfants. Son excuse est qu’il était très fatigué ????. Du coup, le lendemain je tombe sur un autre réceptionniste mais qui ne parlait pas français ni anglais…. Bref accueil catastrophique malgré quelques bons points au niveau des chambres. Dommage….

Ce n'est pas ce qui est ressorti de la conversation qui c'est engagé avec le client qui était derrière vous et qui était outré de la manière dont vous vous êtes adressé à monsieur de l’accueil . Avant de donner des leçons de politesse et d'accueil commençait déjà par changer votre comportement lorsque vous vous adressait à d'autres personnes. Pour info nous avons prévenu Booking que vous aviez refusé le règlement de la chambre qui nous a permis de débité votre carte .

C'est la 2ème fois que je viens ici en famille. Cet hôtel me convient et répond parfaitement à mes attentes. Cette fois-ci, pas de petit-déjeuner, je l'avoue pour minimiser les coûts. Cela étant le tarif global reste correct. Une chambre simple climatisée avec télévision et un espace toilettes-douche avec lavabo. L'extérieur tout comme l'intérieur est propre et bien tenu. L'hôtel nécessiterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement mais on peut faire avec. Les 2 nuits étaient calmes mais l'hôtel ne semblait pas être complet. Un accueil simple et rapide comme j'aime. L'hôtel est situé dans la zone nord pas trop loin d'un espace commercial intéressant et bien situé par rapport aux accès routiers. Je pense y revenir encore car ça me convient parfaitement.

L'hôtel est assez proche de l'autoroute donc idéal par contre les chambres sont sales et a l'image de chambres de prison . Personnel quasi inexistant
