This campsite of about sixty locations is close to the city-center of Chatellerault. It is very shady and it leaves the possibility to quietly go fishing in the river that borders it or an area where that was created for fishing. You can also enjoy summer barbecues with campers. Finally, a playground is provided for children who do not get bored while their parents relax. It feels good, and you can enjoy the surrounding countryside. The only problem remains the railway line. The location is ideal if you want to quietly visit the area and enjoy a family vacation around a body of water.
