From breeding to processing to selling, this snail farm carries out all the steps so that you can enjoy delicious cooked snails. At its head, Younic Demezil decided to reconvert in the production of large gray. The snails grow in an outdoor park of 1 000m2. Once sorted and collected, they are transformed on the farm, in a laboratory. Loving cooking, he constantly invents new recipes: snails in the Burgundy style, chorizo-tomato, Charentaise, in marinade... the possibilities are numerous!
