Foie gras producer

Since 1975, the family business has grown, but kept its authenticity. Jacqueline Mitteault's recipes are still produced on site. Here, the third generation applies the know-how acquired in the production of French foie gras, with total mastery of the production chain. Magrets, confits, pâtés and other cooked dishes are prepared with care, quality and seriousness. All these dishes are available at the farm or on the website. Look out for the open house in autumn for a convivial moment.
