Specialist in smoked salmon in five varieties. Alaska, Sweden, Label Rouge d'Ecosse, Scottish Superior and Norwegian Superior, from two to ten slices, in the form of a strip, a slice, a heart, a whole strip and a fresh slab. Trout and cod heart are also part of their products. All the preparation is done by hand. The meat is first smoked with sawdust and then spent one night in a cold room before being smoked a second time with beech wood.
