Eglise Notre-Dame de l'Assomption - Saint-Loup-sur-Thouet 79600 Saint-Loup-Lamairé
L'Eglise Notre-Dame de Saint-Loup est une jolie petite église de village, construite dans le style néogothique. A l'intérieur, j'ai pu admirer une exposition d'objets religieux dans une chapelle vitrée, un beau retable en pierre du XVIIè siècle, des statues anciennes de Sainte-Radegonde et Sainte-Catherine, un magnifique orgue Aubertin construit sur le modèle des orgues de l'Allemagne du Nord, et une grande fresque dédicacée à Saint-Théophane Vénard. Cette église mérite assurément la visite.
