Each box is disinfected and thoroughly cleaned to each change of tenant. The boxes are heated, have a window and a private courtyard, baskets and couchages are provided but you can of course bring his favorite cushion if your cat refuses to sleep elsewhere! As for food, managers take into account personal tastes and offer the best food. If your cat follows a diet, it will be taken into account, if it is old or if it is a kitten, the diet will be adapted. The cat castle is in contact with the veterinarians of Parthenay and Saint Maixent the School and will intervene if necessary. Don't offer any more selfish holidays, give it to your cat!
After many requests for customers, Cat's Castle also becomes the dog's! But be careful, we don't mix the matches and the people. Six great luxury kennels were built: heated and each with a secure enclosure, dogs will run individually twice a day in addition to their daily walk in the property park. Special dietary plans, beds, litter and bowls are also included, and music will be broadcast during the day.

En vacances, nous avions confié Olaff à la pension pour chiens et chats à Refannes.
Ils l'ont perdu, et mon mari a dû faire 900 kms pour le chercher lui-même ????.
Le château du chat et chien à refannes, totalement incompétent.
1er temps ils perdent le chien,
2 ème temps incapable de le retrouver ou l'attrapper,
3eme temps ils se déchargent de toutes responsabilités( C est pas ma faute s il y a un trou dans la clôture, C est votre chien qui est sauvage, en prétextant que notre chien l'a mordu alors qu'il est totalement social, même avec les enfants, bizarre????).
Je déconseille fortement si vous tenez à votre animal de compagnie.
Logement adapté à notre chatte avec une sortie extérieure. On revient avec plaisir à recommander.
