Located in Pouffonds, Les Petits Vallons is a producer of farm products. Since 1995, Béatrice and Olivier NOCQUET have run this 60-hectare farm, half of which is devoted to pasture for their 55 Prim'Holstein cows. They have adopted an environmentally-friendly breeding technique and have been transforming their cows' milk into fresh products since 2001. The products offered by Les Petits Vallons are made exclusively from fresh milk, with no added milk powder. You can buy their products directly from the farm, or find them at local farmers' markets. Products available include yoghurts, fromage frais, whipped faisselle, crème fraîche and butter.
