At Thonnard, we have specialized for ages in the cultivation and processing of angelica. The liqueur herb, a true specialty of Niort, is enjoyed in syrup, jam, candied fruit or cream. The house chocolates with angelica are very famous. The institution opens the doors of its production site in Niort (and its store) to individuals and groups, visits followed by a tasting session. We advise you to try it at least once!
