Change of ownership for this historic Niort institution, located on the banks of the Sèvre. In the fall of 2022, Laetitia and Richard handed over the reins to Méganne and Thomas after 19 years at La Roussille. Formerly a relay for the horses that pulled the barges on the river, this inn still seduces. Its bucolic and enchanting setting, and its gourmet and delicate recipes are real assets. The next generation is assured. An address not to be missed!

Célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage dans ce superbe cadre au bord de la Sèvre Niortaise, près d'un feu de bois fut un bonheur visuel et gustatif.
Nous avons choisi le menu gastronomique avec accord mets et vins. Tout est parfait, subtil, beau visuellement et découverte gustative étonnamment surprenante.
Chacun son menu afin de découvrir les saveurs proposées. Et nous n'avons aucunement été déçus. Très bonne adresse pour une prochaine visite

Nous avons reçu en cadeau 2 « menus gastro mets et vin » et vraiment nous avons passé un agréable moment à l’Auberge de la Roussille. Ambiance chaleureuse, sommelier compétent et agréable, service au top. Il me tarde qu’une chose, c’est d’y retourner.
