Ornella produces all-flower honey, candies and gingerbread. She also makes blackberry jam, quince jelly, three classic spoon nougats: roasted almond hazelnut, walnut or chocolate praline with hazelnut chips. Peach wine, herbal mead, apple vinegar, as well as candles and soaps and eggs from her hens. For Christmas, gingerbread is available as little men, Christmas trees, gifts... on order or directly at the markets. Present at the Colombier market every Thursday from 6pm.
