In the heart of the Marais Poitevin, this restaurant offers a green setting, local specialties and vegan dishes.
Located on the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise since 1885, the Auberge de l'Écluse unfurls its charm in its stone walls, beautiful fireplaces and garden. Here, everything is homemade. William and Carole combine several types of cuisine: local flavors (snails, eel matelote, mogettes), fish (which William is particularly fond of), but also vegan recipes (Carole's dada). The farci poitevin is also vegan, and sweet potato is used in the chocolate cream. 4 guest rooms and 1 gîte complete the auberge's offer.
