For seven seasons, cellois handball evolved into the second national division, the antichambre of the women's handball elite elite. In 2008-2009, the Celloises even finished the season at grade 5! Unfortunately for the deux two-sévriennes, the year 2012-2013 was not of the same ilk. It ended with a relegation in National 1, the third national step. Would it be the end of the adventure at the high level for the Celloises? That nenni. The players in the small village of 3 800 souls aspire to a rapid rebound. Taken by Marie Jaubert back home, Nùria Gracia, from Castro Santoña (Division 1 - Spain), the former Lyon Frédérique Ventura and former Dijonnaise Lina Krhlikar, the cellois workforce has beautiful assets to make. Vincent Philippart, a coach since the summer of 2012, and Frédéric Vignier, president since 2008, hopes that the 2013-2014 season will mark the beginning of a new cycle. First response in spring 2014.
