We raise chickens, lambs and ewes for meat, and produce fresh and mature cheeses and fresh eggs from organic hens. The animals are fed on cereals and natural fodder. The cheeses are transformed into "cœur à la confiture", "cœur à l'ail et fines herbes", "bouchon apéro" and "tommes de brebis à la coupe". Yogurts, plain or with jam (new Morello cherry and chestnut flavors). Cream desserts with chocolate, vanilla, coffee and rice pudding. Individual and family size 500 g. Chicken rillettes, lamb terrine and lamb rillettes.
