Created 10 years ago, this hotel enjoys a beautiful location on the heights of the medieval village of Saint-Sauvant, in the land of cognac and Romanesque art. Although the building dates back to the 17th century, the interior is modern, offering a delightful setting for a night or more. The old building has kept its fortified house look, but inside, the play of levels and multicolored lights is surprising, to say the least. As you enter, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome, and all you'll want to do is discover one of the seven rooms. Each room measures around 15 square meters and is individually decorated to provide every comfort. Just step into the Jacques room overlooking the pool, or the modern, designer Hervé room. Relax in the lounge-library or relaxation area, and enjoy a meal in the dining room. The cuisine is simple and to the point, offering a marriage of culture and local produce: shellfish from the Saintes market, leg of lamb with spices and heirloom tomatoes. There's no doubt that this hotel is an atypical place nestled in the heart of a charming village.
