Cet hôtel est très bien placé, près du centre de la Cotinière. L'hôtel est propre et pas cher vu son emplacement. Les chambres sont correctes vu le prix. Il y a un parking derrière l'hôtel et il y a une possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire est très agréable. Il vaut mieux prendre une chambre côté cour pour éviter le bruit de la rue.
