For more than 40 years, Vincent and Paul Manicot have been perpetuating the family tradition learned in the Landes, from goose breeding to Saintonge. The food (a mixture of cereals grown on site), breeding, feeding and cooking of geese are entirely carried out on the farm. Everything is thus guaranteed: the quality as well as the origin of the products. Le Petit Futé recommends that you visit the farm to discover the grey geese, but also the renewable energy installations before tasting the homemade specialities. What a pleasure to taste such good products as foie gras pâté, duck breast with beans and dried goose breast covered with a thin layer of spices!
