Restaurant 30 minutes from La Rochelle with a smiling welcome in Saint-Jean-de-Liversay.

For more than a year, Gaultier and Cécile have been the happy owners of this restaurant located in a small town 30 minutes from La Rochelle. As you enter, you will be charmed by the place: covered terrace, luminous room where every object found finds a natural place. You will undoubtedly appreciate the smiling welcome that will make you want to taste the cuisine of these two enthusiasts. No long menu, but rather a limited choice with this desire to concoct delicious dishes with local products - some even come from the garden! The result lives up to the ambitions with the lunch menu as accessible as it is rich in flavours: crispy ravioli with the flavours of the sea, pan-fried cuttlefish, organic Vendee pig with wild rosemary and peach in roasted syrup.

Un vrai régal des saveurs
Après s'être régalé déjà 3 fois, ce samedi nous emmènerons encore une fois nos invités dans ce paradis des saveurs, où Cécile et Gauthier savent prendre soins de tous les détails pour vous faire passer une excellente soirée.
Je les recommande avec les yeux fermés et la bouche grande ouverte!

Accueil sympathique mais nous n avons pas apprécié les plats, surpris par appellation carré trois morceaux d échine de porc
