Youth hostel located on the banks of the Charente River offering many services such as meals for groups.
This youth hostel welcomes all those wishing to spend a night in Colbert's city. The location is ideal, on the banks of the Charente, close to the Corderie Royale and a 20-minute walk from the city center. Rates are very attractive, and the rooms are modern, from single to 6-bed. All are functional and equipped with full bathroom facilities. The place is quiet and the staff friendly. The hostel offers a wide range of services and pays particular attention to the environment!

Accueil sympa, la bonne ambiance des auberges de Jeunesse. Repas en saison le soir sur réservation si affluence suffisante ainsi que mardi et jeudi midi.
La cuisinière connait son affaire et accommode "les produits frais locaux et de saison" (selon l'expression consacrée) comme il se doit.
(Mention spéciale pour le repas de ce soir, végétarien au demeurant, qui a ravi ma sous-ventrière)
La responsable Nathalie nous a fait miroiter un superbe talent de cuisinière avec un délicieux repas et petit dejeuner mais nous avons été déçus par le pique nique.
(Sandwich au beurre et fromage.)
