Don't think lunch on the edge of the Charente, the charming building takes place in the heart of the town and has a new terrace offering a very valuable setting. We come here to discover the traditional cuisine of Sébastien Jousse which takes pleasure in working fresh and seasonal produce. Several menus are offered, all featuring French gastronomy through rich and carefully presented dishes. The flavors are to the credit and the value for money is very appreciable, especially for the lunch menu. In season, the Gabarier offers musical Saturdays with a special menu!

Les seuls bémols, beaucoup d'attente entre les plats et tables trop proches les unes des autres.
