This restaurant has a unique setting in the immediate vicinity of a river that flows peacefully. If you book a table on sunny days, ask to be placed on the terrace to fully enjoy this environment. The room is large and has a beautiful fireplace. We do not only come here to let ourselves be rocked by poplars, but above all to enjoy a fine cuisine that highlights local products. Chef Benjamin Publie offers a rich menu of several menus. As a starter, you will enjoy fish rillettes with lime and a whipped cream with chives and Aquitaine caviar. The dishes leave a pretty place in the sea, as evidenced by the sturgeon pan fried in parsley and the monkfish medallion with basil. The land is never far away as shown by the duck breast cooked at low temperature and served with a sweet potato fricassee. Desserts combine chocolate and fruit such as roasted pineapple with vanilla.

Restaurant : bel environnement mais service un peu lent ( manque de personnels) et dont le niveau a baissé, les vins ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur . Rapport qualité prix médiocre. Très cher vu la qualité ( et la quantité) des assiettes. Niveau brasserie plutôt que " gastronomique " . Décevant...
Je n'ai testé que le restaurant mais quelle déception.
Un service guindé, sec et lent (2 heures pour entrée, plat et dessert.)
Une entrée bonne, un plat de poisson sans goût et trop cuit et un dessert ok.
Aucune commune mesure avec le prix, lui gastronomique.
Personel à l'écoute et très prévenant.
