Located in the town of Loulay in France, SARL Canard Saintongeais is a cannery specializing in foie gras and local ready-made meals. Founded 28 years ago, it was taken over by Mr. BÂTY in 2015. The ducks are raised and force-fed in the traditional way, respecting ancestral methods.
