LOIX& SAVONS, also known as la savonnerie de Ré, is a cosmetics company located in Loix. They offer a wide range of donkey's milk soaps, made in their workshop from fresh, organic donkey's milk from the Ile de Ré asinery. Products range from 200g donkey milk soaps to 15g, 25g and 50g organic guest soaps. They also offer sets of 3 palm-oil-free organic donkey's milk soaps. Prices vary according to the product chosen. As well as selling their products, the soap factory also offers free tours of their workshop. The ticket office opens in Loix at 1:30pm on the same day. During these tours, visitors can discover how donkey milk soaps are made, as well as the other scented soaps produced by the soap factory.
