Here, you come to taste a éclade, a typical Charente-Maritime recipe in which the mussels are set up vertically and then covered with pine needles that are burned until the shells are cooked. Bon repas, personnel à l'écoute. Malheureusement mayonnaise pas maison et bouteille de vin conseillée hors de prix. 40€ pour un vin blanc quand on le conseille on précise le prix à ce montant là.
