This restaurant is located in a charming village alleyway. Take a seat on the pretty terrace and enjoy both the calm of the setting and the generous cuisine. Damien and Pedro have created an elegant, hushed ambience that is in harmony with dishes prepared with fresh market produce. The short menu features two specials, the daily special and the Salicorne. The ocean, so close by, is beautifully highlighted with carefully seasoned starters: warm oysters, two-salmon tartare and the inevitable pineapple tomato with pesto mozzarella. What a pleasure it is to taste fish cooked with precision, such as fillet of sea bass served with vegetable confit, and meats that exude a wealth of flavors, such as fillet of beef accompanied by a homemade béarnaise and island potatoes. For dessert, enjoy the famous moelleux chocolate caramel and fleur de sel. An address to remember!
