Restaurant to dine with your feet in the sand in La Couarde-sur-Mer.
You don't know the Pergola? However, this beach bar or nightclub has been open since July1st 1936! People like to come here to have fun. Tourists and locals can dance from 10:30 pm on trendy music and even taste the joys of a game of pétanque. More of a vacation home than a discotheque, the Pergola has two outdoor bars and one indoor bar. But here you don't just have fun, you can also dine... with your feet in the sand. Chef Fabien Devaine has brought back from his travels a cuisine of mixed flavors: tapas, ceviche, Basque charcuterie.
