Lionel Gradrat produces Pineau and Charentais white, rosé and red wines. The Colombard grape variety "Domaine Gardrat", white, has obtained a star in the 2010 Hachette wine guide. This old Charentais grape variety produces wines with aromas of citrus fruits and sweat! Do not turn the nose upside down, in terms of oenology this means that its natural acidity is highly appreciated. It is delicious to drink with sardines or as an aperitif.
