Founded in 1953, Tonnellerie Allary uses French oak to build barrels for the preservation of wines and spirits. Two types of stave oak are in stock: for wines, from the Allier oak, for alcohols, from the Limousin oak. The particularity of this family and artisanal company is the art cooperage, with a miniature workshop: casks from one litre, vinegars, jugs, etc. Exporting to more than 30 countries and five continents, this cooperage offers guided tours by reservation only.
