Vacation residence located in the town of Angoulins offering a real moment of luxury.
Located in the municipality of Angoulins, in the immediate vicinity of La Rochelle and Châtelaillon-Plage, this holiday residence is a particularly pleasant stopover. An original place imagined by the owners of the Citizen Hotel Paris, this landscaped estate dedicated to eco-responsible tourism offers a real moment of luxury. You will spend a few moments in the heated outdoor pool with sandy beach but also in the superb lounge bar with fireplace and billiard. The reception is very warm by staff who will not miss to give you advice. When you arrive, you will be eager to discover the apartments. Each is tastefully decorated with a combination of chic and restored Scandinavian style furniture offering a cozy and functional place. Above all, they have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and especially large windows that make the place bright. You will only have a desire, push them to take full advantage of a privative south-facing terrace. To note, children are welcome and breakfast, included in the price of the reservation, is of very good quality, with fresh and homemade products. The large wooden table is both warm and dedicated to local products. The kitchen is family-run and the meal is at home. The Côté Océan team offers a place where hospitality is not a vain word, all this 200 meters from the beach.
L'environnement est très agréable, bien situé à 5 min a pied de la mer et 5 min en voiture du centre commercial.

Concernant la villa, un peu plus mitigé car ne correspond pas totalement à ce qu'on voit sur le site internet. En effet, plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux (néon cuisine, spot salle de bain) et un peu dépassés. En revanche très propre et literie très confortable.
Je recommande la résidence
Ménage à l'arrivée qui laisse à désirer, odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain parentale, TV où on ne peut avoir que très peu de chaînes à moins de payer mais même pas possible d'avoir les chaînes nationales telles que la 1 , M6 , hallucinant !!
Dommage qu'il n'y ait plus le sauna qui donnait un vrai plus au choix de cette résidence en hiver
