Sandrine and Erick Boux have made their restaurant a meeting place for gourmets, and a must-see. The dishes blend together to offer a whirlwind of flavors, from langoustine lasagne with lemon cream to sweetbreads flambéed in cognac, to escalope of foie gras with seasonal fruits. You can't leave this palace of delights indifferent. It's all poetry.
