On this property José Mendez grows, softens and transforms snails. He produces the cagouille and the big gray on 1 000 m ², or about 400 000 horns and puts them to all the sauces. The farm visits from early April to mid October by appointment. On the other hand, José Mendez's cagouilles are found every Friday afternoon from 14 h to 19 h at the Domaine du Tambourinour and the summer on producer markets.
