Lignières-Ambleville

Active domain since 1730, the domain Couprie has unique assembly techniques that make their cognacs unique products with recognizable aromas. Offering all the cognac ranges, the area can be visited by appointment. Proud and attentive to its know-how, the family that manages the domain today is transmitting its techniques and land from father to son to ensure the continuity of the history of this cognac.

It is not the Didognon family that we will learn to make cognac! Since the th century, this family of winemakers and distillers has been noted for the quality of its production. Paulin Dudognon already receives a gold medal in 1898 for his cognac, then Raymond Dudognon put this back in 1990 before celebrating the centenary of the first medal by obtaining another! They are not stopped anymore!

Since the 19th century, the Raymond Ragnaud House has been producing and blending superb Grande Champagne Cognacs, a know-how inherited from many generations of winegrowers which has resulted in products of the same quality as those offered by this house. Françoise Ragnaud-Bricq, who has been at the head of the estate for three decades, perpetuates the family tradition and heritage by highlighting subtle aromas and skilful blends, which reveal all the richness of a vineyard whose eaux-de-vie are aged in the cellars according to the traditional method.

An indispensable address. The Ragnaud-Sabourin family has in Cognac the dual characteristic of owning and collecting a vineyard located in Grande Champagne, the first cru of cognac, and perpetuates the great traditions of the mark with a immutable philosophy since 1850  : only develop the best quality in measured quantity. Eaux-de-vie has been patiently aged in the family cellars for four generations, in the purest respect of the artisanal tradition. A unique style reserved for a loyal clientele.

Through La Champagne de Saint-Preuil, Gilles Gazeaud, wine-grower whose land is divided between Ambleville, Lignère-Sonneville and Verrière in Grande Champagne, markets cognac and pineau Charentes under the names Cognac Tallefort and Pineau Marianne.
