It is not the Didognon family that we will learn to make cognac! Since the th century, this family of winemakers and distillers has been noted for the quality of its production. Paulin Dudognon already receives a gold medal in 1898 for his cognac, then Raymond Dudognon put this back in 1990 before celebrating the centenary of the first medal by obtaining another! They are not stopped anymore!

Through La Champagne de Saint-Preuil, Gilles Gazeaud, wine-grower whose land is divided between Ambleville, Lignère-Sonneville and Verrière in Grande Champagne, markets cognac and pineau Charentes under the names Cognac Tallefort and Pineau Marianne.
