Discover a gastronomic restaurant at the foot of the castle, in a superb setting combining old-world charm and contemporary furniture. Let yourself be swept away by the murmurs of the Tardoire river that runs along the terrace. The veranda is bathed in light. The cuisine on offer is anchored in the seasons, authentic and modern: pan-fried foie gras, cream of celery, grilled eryngii, forest meat juice, then poached cod with beetroot, combava zest, cream of purple carrots, yuzu white butter. We finish with a pear/figue tartlet with chocolate chips.
