This prestigious cognac house on horseback between the Grande and Petite Champagne has seen itself succeeding about ten generations over three centuries since the installation of the first still in the property in 1656, at the same time as the double distillation, the quintessence of cognac. Since then, the Brillet House has been used for pineau, liqueurs, cocktails, cognac chocolates and finally for country wine.
Their specialty? The Belle de Brillet, a pear liqueur in cognac!
