The Cognac tourist office is spacious and airy. Great vintages of the "liqueur d'or" are displayed inside in glass cases. The reception is friendly and helpful. In summer, a mobile annex to the Tourist Office is set up. As far as cognac is concerned, the tourist office has drawn up lists of winegrowers and wine merchants to visit for shopping and tasting. The Office also offers ideas for à la carte visits (walking tours of the town, guided tours of the Musée des arts du cognac, the Musée des savoir-faire du Grand Cognac) or one- or two-day stays and excursions! The site also includes addresses of accommodation and restaurants, and a full calendar of events.
