L'Yeuse is an institution, not only in Cognac, but in the whole Charente. Together with the Petit Yeuse and the bar, the restaurant offers a refined cuisine made of local products worked in a way that enhances the flavors. The market menu served from Tuesday to Friday at noon is an opportunity for a gourmet and relaxing break in an enchanting setting: octopus salad with coriander and passion fruit, pan-fried sardine fillets with bear garlic, potatoes and seasonal vegetables. And to finish: floating island with raspberry slivers.

À ce niveau, on aurait pu s'attendre à qq amuse-bouches (autre que tapenade maison très bonne par ailleurs) ou des mignardises, ce que suggéraient d'ailleurs les photos sur le site web. Bon souvenir dans l'ensemble.
