L'Yeuse is an institution, not only in Cognac, but in the whole Charente. Together with the Petit Yeuse and the bar, the restaurant offers a refined cuisine made of local products worked in a way that enhances the flavors. The market menu served from Tuesday to Friday at noon is an opportunity for a gourmet and relaxing break in an enchanting setting: octopus salad with coriander and passion fruit, pan-fried sardine fillets with bear garlic, potatoes and seasonal vegetables. And to finish: floating island with raspberry slivers.

Vue imprenable sur la Charente. Service agréable mais très long, plus d'une heure entre le plat et le dessert alors que nous n'étions que deux.
Les plats étaient de qualité à un prix abordable. Prix des boissons élevé mais beaucoup de choix.

Les plats étaient très bons, mais pas de menus de proposés tout à la carte. Sinon le service était très bien mais un peu trop rapide à mon goût, j'avais à peine terminé ma coupe de champagne que l'on me faisait déjà gouter le vin et qu'on m'apportait l'entrée. Le cadre est super avec une belle vue sur la Charente.

Très belle adresse! L’emplacement, la décoration, l’accueil et bien évidemment la carte méritent votre passage. Vous trouverez bien évidemment dans votre assiette, des produits d’origine France, pour une grande majorité d’entre-eux produite localement.
