Restaurant offering a traditional cuisine revisited in the heart of downtown Cognac.
In this restaurant located in the centre of Cognac, the pair of cooks Kévin Goursaud and Olivier Prud'homme will treat you to their traditional but revisited cuisine: homemade duck foie gras terrine with fresh langoustines, whole veal kidney cooked à la plancha and Charentaise curd (curdled whole raw milk) and a glass of cognac. You can accompany these dishes with a good glass of cognac as an aperitif or digestive! The room can accommodate up to 60 people, ideal for organizing a small seminar in Cognac, followed by various tastings! You will feel at ease in this restaurant which reflects the spirit of the cellars and the Cognac region.

Ambiance très sympathique ce qui explique le bruit qui pour nous n'a pas été dérangeant car les conversations étaient très bon enfant et l s gens gais et sympathiques. Le personnel est très avenant et la cuisine très bonne. Nous y retournerons

Surprise en cette période de Covid pas de contrôle du passe sanitaire !!! et ambiance assez triste.
