The House opened in the heart of Cognac in the former home of a doctor. Everything has been transformed. On the ground floor the Comptoir allows you to buy wine and sweets. The restaurant room, very chic but not stuffy, is dressed in white enhanced by the colour of the chairs, which are very dark pink. It opens onto a garden and a patio. On the first floor are the private lounges. Pierre Dumas prepares a cuisine of fresh produce where tradition and innovation blend perfectly. In the Menu of the house - the cheapest of all - you can discover the chef's talents: the menu is renewed every 3 weeks. And to finish off, the dessert of the day or a coffee or a gourmet tea. It's good, refined and wonderfully presented
