The hotel restaurant is rather gastronomic. Patrick Jolly develops his map according to seasons and he knows how to highlight local products while providing an original touch. In autumn salad with fatty Liver, Magret ham,'' and quince conflict followed by a breast of toast can, sweet potato collapses, fruit juice and ginger, and finish on a sweet note a puff apple pie "minute baked", almond cream, season ice.
