The church of Saint-Pierre, located in Chabanais, has an altarpiece dating from the 18th century and classified by the Monuments historiques

It is not very old compared to the many Romanesque churches in the area. This young girl was born in 1481. It was renovated in 1629. This former priory-cure depended on the abbey of Lesterp. If the building does not present any particular interest, let us note however that its altarpiece (or rather gilded wooden tabernacle) dated from the 18th century is classified by the Historical Monuments.
