Didier Travers has been in the business since 1974 and took over the case in 1991, saying if he knows his profession. Here you will find chickens, guinea and cans as well as roasted chickens ready to eat. All poultry are farm and come from the Landes or Dordogne. Processed products such as goose rillettes or guinea fowl crust are not in place; also a selection of Basque products. The reception is warm and lack of humor, so if you are looking for a chicken for 12 people, a poster tells you that here you do not sell prehistoric poultry, farm poultry force, quality above all!
