In a quiet little street near the pedestrian zone, Myriam and Arnaud perpetuate the secrets of Edouard Lolmede, who founded the cookie factory in 1889. All their cookies are homemade in the pure artisanal tradition: madeleines, chocolates and the famous macaroons, which now come in over fifty flavors. The flavors of yesteryear can be savored in the tearoom, or purchased in the boutique on site or online. The cookies, the decorations, the smells - everything here invites tender nostalgia and delicate gourmandise.
