A real corner of paradise where water, so turquoise, is almost confused with the sky… There is no need to go to the end of the world: Touvérac Pond is located less than 50 kilometres southwest of Angoulême! Formerly mined, carrières quarries are now classified as natural zone of ecological, faunistique and floristic interest. A marked tour takes you to the discovery of these exotic landscapes and their rich vegetation; follow the symbol of the fox. However, attention: as space is protected and the risks of drowning are real, bathing is forbidden. So we'll be happy to enjoy it with your eyes!

Très jolie promenade.
Une visite qui vaut le détour. La couleur de l'eau est incroyable et rappelle celle des sources de la Touvre, un peu plus loin. Un espace à préserver, pour son intérêt historique mais aussi la richesse de la faune et la flore. Belle Charente ! A éviter par mauvais temps !
