Chez Paul has been located on Place Francis Louvel since 1998 and has reinvented itself. This modern brasserie offers a variety of atmospheres: warmth and refinement inside, a bistro setting on the veranda and a poetic haven outside, with a garden-like terrace and astonishing sculptures. On the plate, there's taste with fresh produce and meticulous presentation. Choose from farmhouse pork with pineau jus, beef tataki, scallops, sirloin a la plancha, and other tempting sweet and savoury options.

Dans un cadre très original, une excellente table de brasserie avec un rapport qualité-prix remarquable. Le service est rapide et les plats travaillés sont bien présentés et excellents. Une bonne adresse à retenir.
