LE LION ROUGE

In the urban jungle of old Angoulême, the Red Lion imposes its claw on the Place du Palais de Justice. Its majesty is enthroned at the bottom of the staircase, amidst colorful furniture, artists' exhibits and vegetation that climbs up to the imposing glass roof. On the plate, the chef tells the story of Italy: antipasti, pastas, pizzas with burrata accents, local charcuterie and Mediterranean sweets.
