Domaine Boinaud is located 10 minutes from Cognac in a 420-hectare Grande Champagne vineyard. It distills all its Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne brandies from this largest family-run vineyard in the Cognac AOC, using its 41 traditional stills. The necessary ageing process afterwards continues in its own cellars. You can discover through its guided tour, the essential art for making an owner's cognac from the vineyard to the cognac glass while revealing distillation, cooperage and ageing in French oak barrels. A free guided tour is possible all year round by prior appointment. You will also be invited to a great tasting moment where you will discover its artisanal and audacious brands: Cognac De Luze and Cognac J. Dupont. Adult or school groups are also welcomed. This site is certified HVE, i.e. High Environmental Value. And let us recall that Cognac, like all its surroundings, conceals a local heritage worth discovering.
